Do you have the self-confidence to become a successful LNC? Not everyone does.
People often get confused about the difference between self-confidence and egotism. Egotists consider themselves the center of their universe. They act as if they feel superior to others, although that often masks insecurity. Egotists want the certainty that they’re right. They can be very rigid when it comes to disagreements that threaten that certainty.
I have been talking with LNCs about their dreams and the obstacles they see separating them from success. When I ask, ‘What do you think could be standing in your way”, often I hear “lack of self-confidence”.
